IMA Active Solid Dose Solutions delivers Prexima 300 Tablet Press to Federal Equipment Company for upcoming trainings and demonstrations by Techceuticals, LLC

Tousey, Techceuticals, LLC, will deliver two courses at Federal Equipment Company in Cleveland, Ohio, with special demonstration and instruction by IMA Active with the new Prexima 300 Tablet Press also provided by IMA Active.
These two courses – “The Manufacturing Process and Troubleshooting” and “Tablet Pro II,” offer unique, hands-on experience to learn about pharmaceutical and supplement manufacturing.
“The Manufacturing Process and Troubleshooting” is a two and one-half day comprehensive, solid dose training course offering practical information on how tablets and capsules are made. Participants will be able to identify machinery throughout the entire production process, why it is used, and what it does. This course is designed for everyone in the pharmaceutical manufacturing organization – operators, supervisors, R&D staff, formulators, QA/QC, engineering, purchasing, maintenance professionals, sales, and even administration and support activities. This comprehensive course provides an in-depth understanding of solid dose operations regardless of skill level and an excellent platform for in-house training. The course takes place April 3rd, 4th, and 5th, 2018.
“Tablet Pro II” is focused on tablet processing. This two and one-half day course provides a complete understanding of the processes that impact tablet production including tablet press set-up, operation, and cleaning. Attendees will learn to identify and solve common manufacturing defects and will learn about formulations, how they work and the role of excipients. The course takes place May 15th, 16th, and 17th, 2018.
